FreightExchange connects to Cin7 Core and Cin7 Omni. Your Cin7 sales orders flow into FreightExchange, where you quote, book and label freight across our carrier panel, and the tracking goes back to Cin7 without anyone retyping it.
In Cin7, an order moves through pick, pack and ship, and the ship step asks for a carrier and a tracking number. Without an integration, someone copies each order into a carrier portal, books it, then types the tracking number back into Cin7.
That is slow, and every retyped address is a chance for a failed delivery. The integration moves that data in both directions for you.
Every order follows the same path from sale to delivery.
The integration works with both Cin7 Core and Cin7 Omni. It is a paid add-on to a FreightExchange subscription, and our team sets it up for you.
Book a call and tell us which Cin7 product you run and which carriers you use. Our team then connects your Cin7 account to FreightExchange.
Once tracking writes back, the carrier and tracking number sit on the Cin7 order, so your team can answer delivery questions without leaving Cin7.
If you sell through Shopify, Cin7 can pass the carrier and tracking number on to the Shopify order when the order is marked shipped in Cin7. Shipping Shopify orders directly? See our Shopify integration.
