Will the warehouse staff use Pronto ERP or FreightExchange?

The default Pronto ERP integration enables your business to push orders and customer details to FreightExchange without any manual intervention. Anyone can then use FreightExchange to verify the dimensions, select the right carrier/service and generate the label to dispatch shipments. Integrating your complete shipping operations to function fully within Pronto ERP is something we can do with our APIs as part of a custom setup.

How are shipping documents created and managed?

Shipping documentation like labels, manifests, commercial invoices and dangerous good documentation can all be generated by and sit in FreightExchange. All documents can be pushed from FreightExchange to Pronto ERP or any other system/printer via an API.

How do shipping rates work with Pronto ERP?

FreightExchange can push live shipping rates into Pronto ERP. You can publish rates from our network of carriers or your own contracted carrier rates.

Can FreightExchange be configured to cater our bespoke use case?
