It publishes a minimum standard of 99 percent or better delivered in full on time.
Tamex is built around essential parts and pharmaceuticals. Its regular customers are suppliers in the pharmaceutical, construction, agricultural, mining, earthmoving and automotive sectors.
That makes it a strong fit when a machine is down and the replacement part decides whether a site runs tomorrow, or when medical, dental and veterinary supplies have to arrive on time.
Tamex states that casual customers and oversized freight can be accommodated but may see a different level of service. If oversized is your normal freight, this is not the carrier for it.
