Sign Up In 30 Seconds
The sign-up process is easy and transparent, and our phone support team are there to guide you through it every step of the way. You will be required to provide: your ABN, your transit insurance details, your public liability insurance, your fleet information, your preferred pricing structure, and details of your safety accreditations. Each carrier will be provided with a unique profile so that customers are able to get to know you, with a view to regular bookings through our service.
Promote Your Company With Your Regular Availability
As part of your membership to the Freight Exchange community, we offer a service at no charge to assist you with developing a schedule for advertisement, and your pricing for these journeys.
Advertise Your Last Minute Availability
If you have an ad-hoc journey, you can advertise this and any special pricing via email, SMS or our online portal. We will provide you with everything you need instantly allow you to advertise when you sign-up.
When a shipper wishes to book your services, we will email or SMS you with the load details as well as your preferred pricing for this load. To accept a load, simply reply ‘Y’ via SMS or email. Detailed load information, shippers contact details as well as any relevant documents or instructions needed to transport the load will be forwarded to you via email or accessed through our document exchange on our online portal.
Pick-up The Items
You can email or SMS to let your customers know if there's a delay on the way to the pick-up location. If there's no delay, we just need to you photograph the goods loaded onto your truck via email, SMS or via our online platform.
Deliver The Items
You can email or SMS to let your customers know if there's a delay on the way to the delivery location. If there's no delay, simply photograph the goods loaded onto your truck via email, SMS or our online platform. Once you've provided photographic proof of delivery via email, SMS or our online platform, we will request confirmation from the shipping customer.
Upon confirmation of receipt of goods from the shipper, we will release payment immediately to your nominated account. We will automatically create an invoice for our services and provide these to you via email and on our online portal.
