Search For Carriers
Search the online portal for carriers advertising spare capacity. Simply provide the pick-up and delivery addresses and preferred dates, and the system will list out the available carriers for that journey. Those with prices listed are available and can be booked immediately.
Book Your Shipment
Once you've selected a price and time that’s right for you, we will notify the carrier. They will then confirm their availability and the timings and we will notify you (via email) of your booking confirmation.
Pay For Your Shipment
Payment is required upon acceptance of a quote with your carrier. Please note you have 72 hours to notify us of any changes to the booking, otherwise the entire fee is forfeited.
Prepare Your Packages
We require that you confirm your goods are ready for pick up with a photograph of the packed items. You can provide this confirmation via email, SMS or upload the picture to our document exchange on the online portal.
Review Your Experience
Your feedback is important to us. While we vet our carriers thoroughly, it's always good to know how things are going on a day-to-day basis. The more we know about our carriers and services, the better the experience for everyone.
